The fee for the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is $2,000.
A $300 deposit is due at the time of application, this deposit becomes non-refundable once you are accepted into the course. Balance is due by the first day of the course. Once the course commences, no credit or refunds will be given.
About Lead Trainer Alex Keller
Alex Keller E-RYT 500 is passionate about the harmonious joy brought by dedication of mind body health, as expressed in both her professional and personal life. She holds a BS in biology with a concentration in Exercise Physiology and a Master’s of Public Health. She has taught Exercise physiology for Wright State University and lead the anatomy portion for several other yoga teacher training’s. She has been teaching group fitness classes and personal training since 2009. Alex is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, an E- RYT 500 Yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance, Power Pilates Certified Mat instructor, and ACA SUP Yoga Endorsed. Sharing health and adventure is what makes her life great!
This is a 200 hour comprehensive yoga teacher training program that will cover the practical, theoretical, historical and spiritual aspects of the Science of Yoga. The program requires dedication and commitment. The student will leave with a thorough education on how to teach Hatha Yoga, Yin, Vinyasa, Meditation, Pranayama and how modify for special populations.
Through a series of lectures, workshops, and practicums, this course will provide the opportunity for you to establish a firm foundation in your own practice as well as leading students through their own practice.

Requirements in addition to scheduled sessions:
Must maintain personal practice and complete all reading, writing, and research assignments.
Personal Practice and Self Study - Students will be required to keep a practice log and journal.
