Alex Keller, RYT 500, is passionate about the harmonious joy brought by dedication of mind body health, as expressed in both her professional and personal life. She holds a bachelor of science in biology with a concentration in exercise physiology and is completing her Master’s in Public Health, this education has deepened her knowledge of the physiology underlying fitness and ultimately motivating her to create Alex Keller Yoga. Alex Keller Yoga, is dedicated to All Things Yoga, All Things Fitness, and All Things which Bring Peace, Contentment and Happiness, to life. Alex is a teacher of: Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga, Spinning, TRX, Kayaking, Water Aerobics, Pilates and Yoga, thus she is able to incorporate these modalities as a personal trainer. Yoga has nourished her endless enthusiasm for connection and exploration; the practice of Yoga is what makes her life great.
