With private yoga lessons, get personalized instruction tailored to your individual goals, fitness level and any limitations that you may have. 

Alex can guide you privately or with a small group (2-5 people).

Alex offers private or small group yoga at your home or at Kai Yoga studio in downtown Fairborn, Ohio. She can also train with you outside at your favorite park!

Students book private lessons for a variety of intentions:

  • Understanding the basics of yoga (3+ sessions recommended)
  • Developing confidence to practice in group settings
  • Tailoring their practice to benefit a sport of profession outside of the studio, such as improving race times or complementing triathlon training.
  • learning to modify a practice while healing from injury
  • Receiving one-on-one attention in a private space
  • Exploring different styles of yoga.
  • Diving into postures, mastering challenging poses like headstand or to improve form in fundamental poses.
