Taking your practice outside with SUP yoga. Stand up paddle board (SUP) yoga is a 90 minute class that includes paddling instruction, safety information and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. Immerse yourself in nature connecting mind and body as we move though yoga poses under an open sky on top calm water. This is an all levels yoga class, no prior SUP or yoga experience necessary. Advanced registration required to participate. (registration includes board rental)
